Museum of I.A. Bunin, became the sixth division in the structure of the Voronezh regional Nikitin's literature Museum. The exposition is placed in a wing of the house, which is a cultural heritage of regional value, the full name of which is "Manor of A. Germanovskaya/ house where Ivan Bunin was born".

    The location of the Museum is important for Voronezh residents. Here, on Bolshaya Dvoryanskaya Street, on October 10th (22), 1870, Ivan Bunin, was born, the future outstanding poet, writer, translator, memoirist, the first Russian Nobel prizewinner. Bunin's image of Russia was chosen to be the main idea of the Museum. The exhibition is divided into two halls. The first one is called "Russia as a home". Voronezh, being the city where he was born and found his first family home, as well as Podstepye, the place where he grew up, became the source of spiritual affinity with the motherland. Images of childhood in Bunin's works are steadily connected with the motives of home (home-cradle, home-Russia). That is why this hall recreates the typical atmosphere of a poor noble family, such as the Bunin's family was.

    Some elements of the interior-windows, mirrors, lamps, icons, paintings, illustrating the nature of Central Russia, can also be considered as reified images of Bunin's works
