Almost all the art world of today knows the name of the Saint-Petersburg artist Tuman Zhumabev. He moved to the city from his homeland Kirgizia to get education first at the Serov Art College and then at the Institute of the Repin Academy of Art. Basing on such a good foundation he has developed his own painting style bringing together realism and impressionism. He seems to have harmoniously combined two incompatible things: warm, light and exquisite lyrics together with rebellious and almost explosive energy. He's been a success both in Russia and abroad. His pictures were on display in many exhibition halls of Poland, Hungary, and Austria.

    This year the artist opened his personal art gallery TUMAN ART. The gallery is the best collection of T.Zhumabaev's pictures. You can see portraits, still-life pictures, genre pictures and landscapes on display here. The gallery has got a good tradition to open a new exhibition with a festive performance featuring talented singers and artists.
