    The United Museum of the Urals Writers is one of the largest literary museums in Russia. It woes founded in 1980 on the basis of several literary-memorial museums. Today it unites seven museum and the Ghamber Theatre. Five of these museums and the Ghamber Theatre are located in the same block. They are united by a beautiful park with antique lanterns, fancy gratings made of cast iron, summerhouses, walking paths. The park zone is adorned by the shell-shaped sammer stage. This Park woes named "Literary Blok" (Literaturniy Kvartal), and is considered one of the sightseeing places of the city, a recreation zone, a distinctive cultural center. The architecture, music, orations, the warm atmosphere of the old houses, the beauty of nature show the spirit, life of the old Ekaterinburg and allow to rediscover the past times to every visitor of the "Literary Blok".
