Description:
    The museum was founded in 1921. It has about 135000 units in his funds, a 10000 of them are exposed in halls. The museum has few departments. The department of nature gives all the information about unique climate of the republic, which has five zones, about beautiful nature, rich natural resources, about rich flora and fauna. The other department tell about the history of aboriginal population Kabardians and Balkars from ancient times till nowadays, about their customs, the museum there is a hall-picture gallery
