    The House-museum of Vladimir Igoshev people's artist of USSR was opened on the 28th of October 2001 on the day of Master's 80th anniversary. Nowadays more than 400 units are kept in the museum. Collection of V.A. Igoshev's paintings, graphic arts of soviet artists, household articles, decorative and applied arts from private collection of V.A. Igoshev, photographic materials can be found in the museum. Upon Vladimir Igoshev's first visit to Ugra in early 1950's, he fell in love with northern nature. For the next 40 years Igoshev created unique art chronicles of Ugra. Almost all artworks of "North" cycle are oil-paintings. The permanent exposition's feature of House museum of Vladimir Igoshev is "North Path". The artist covers three main topics in his works: northern cycle, dedicated to the indigenous people of Ugra - Khanty and Mansy; portraits; landscapes made while travelling around Russia
