Description:

The most ancient center of Kazan, the memorial territory of khans residence with the remained necropolis where the Kazan khans are buried, archeological monuments of the Khans mosque, the Suyumbika tower with its legends and mysteries have defined a choice of a place for the museum. The museum complex holds such architectural monuments of the Kazan Kremlin as the Presidents palace and the Palace church. Its expositions present the reconstructed Divan-Khane of Kazan khans , labels, letters, decrees of Kazan governors and state regalia: tamgas, arms, and banners. The newest history is presented by documents and photos. The important part of the expositions is the gifts to the first President of the Republic of Tatarstan.
