Description:

The Museum's first Director (1989-1990), the collector and founder of future collections of the Museum was Yuriev albert Afanasyevich (1931-2003) and Novozhilov Ivan Alexandrovich (1921-2006), the first curator of the Museum participated in the great Patriotic war, award-winning two orders of the Red Star, Order of the Patriotic war 1st, the Zhukov Medal, "For defense of Stalingrad" and many others.

The Museum collects collection: numismatics, bonistika, faleristics; porcelain, glass, ceramics; measuring instruments and mechanisms; domestic and artistic metals; photo; Phono; fabric; toys; painting.

The greatest interest among the visitors of the Museum can cause artifacts, photos, documents of the period 1900 - 1960s Special emotions are the documents and photo 1930 and 1950, a collection of toys, samovars, porcelain, glass, ceramics, hours, gramophones - gramophones, numismatics, bells, metal plates of quack, Irons, courses, home furnishings and fashion post-war period
