Description:
    Museum of Partisan Glory was opened on May 9, 1977. Exposition is situated in 2 halls. On the 1st hall visitors can see dioramas “Partisan Battle. 1942”, “The view of Big Oak village”, “Partisan dugout”, “K.M. Kulakov’s safe house in Mihaylovskiy village”, photographs, records and decorations belonging to partisans of the 1st Kursk Partisan Brigade which was formed on August 18, 1942.

    The 2nd hall is devoted to the following topics: “Liberation of Mihaylovskiy region by Central Front troops on February – March and July – August 1943”, “Heroism of Central Front soldiers during the Battle of Kursk”, “Fighting the 1st Kursk Partisan Brigade to help the Red Army”. On May 9, 2008 a new exposition devoted to the 65th anniversary of the Battle of Kursk was opened
