Description:

The Cherniansa's country museum was founded in November 14, 1987 for general review on the voluntary base. It is situated in the building of the district cultural centre. Such expositions as "The history of native and", "The Russian folk costume", "Kholki underground cloister", "The nature of the native country" are presented to the visitors' attention.

The greatest part of the exposition is devoted to the Great Patriotic War, to our countryman - the Heroes of the Soviet Union. The museum has two braaches: "The Nature Museum" in Vasilievka, which was opened in 1997, and "Kholki underground cloister" the monument of architect XVII century which became in 1990.
