The State Memorial History, Art and Natural Museum Reserve is one of the biggest and most famous in Russia and abroad. 100 years ago in this wonderful estate the famous Russian artist Vasily Polenov lived and worked. The area of 870 hectares includes the original House Museum, Polenov's Abbey Studio, workshops, Byokhovo St.Trinity Church, all designed by Polenov, as well as a park, a garden, surrounding grasslands, forests and farmlands.
