It is located in the ancient house of the merchant Kochugov. The museum carries on exursions, honours the heroes of the Great Patriotic War. It organizes meetings of teenagers with war veterans and heroes of Labour. The museum give talks and lectures and organizes holiday parties and exhibitions.
