The Museum is one of the oldest in Udmurt Republic. Its 22 collections include over 250,000 pieces. Sarapul is a distinctive city, rich in historical-cultural and architectural heritage sites: 124 heritage assets are listed in government register. Sarapul past revives in exhibits of Museum; old merchant city life, traditions of Kama region folks, archeological finds, original art works of world-famous artists, scarce collections cannot but affect and touch the visitors.
