Description:
    The Trubnikov picture Gallery is situated in an old merchant's house. This is a unique monument of wooden architecture of the late 19th century in town.

    The Gallery was founded in 1989. The basis of it is the collection of D.A.Trubnikov's paintings.

    At present the collection gathered here is constantly enriching with numerous Trubnikov's pupils' works, with pieces of modern art and sculptures, old-Russian paintings and handicrafts, cooletion of coins.

    Besides, together with its main activities the Gallery promotes perfomances, recitals, concerts, etc. which take place here.

    The Gallery now is a real cultural centre of the town of Furmanov.
