Description:

The unique collection of the Okhotsk museum contains 2300 exhibits including reports of officers of the period of reign of the Empress Anna Ioanovna, "yasak"- tribute receipts of the XIX-th century, parts of gun of 1733 etc.

In 2012 new exposition devoted to the 365-th anniversary of the Okhotsk settlement was established. It contains several sections: "Nature and Animal World of the Priokhotye", "Minerals of the Coast", "Material and Spiritual Culture of the Evens", "Okhotsk - the Cradle of the Pacific Fleet", "Civil War on the Coast", "The Period of Socialistic Construction", "Okhotsk Residents' Participation in the Great Patriotic War"
