Voronezh Regional Literature Museum of I. Nikitin is one of the most important cultural centers of Voronezh and the entire region. The size of the museum's collection exceeds 25,000 items. The main activities of the museum are collecting, storing, exhibiting materials about writers, cultural and literary heritage of the region. The Museum is a cultural institution. It includes few parts.

The main building of the museum has several expositions. There are "Life and creative activity of the poet A. Koltsov" and "Life and creative activity of the writer (the first winner of the Nobel prize in literature) I. Bunin". Also in museum one can see memorial room of a writer A. Ertel and N. Zadonsky's memorial room, the exhibitions "Andrei Platonov" and "O. Mandelshtam in Voronezh".

Another part of museum is the memorial house of I. Nikitin. The exhibition shows the life and career of the poet. Exposition has only genuine items.

"D. Venevitinov museum-estate" is one of the few estates of XVIII century in Russia. The exhibition tells about life of D. Venevitinov and his family.
